Instructions to Parents
All parents are required to fulfill weekly service hours.
Families with up to 4 children taking classes = 1 service hour.
Families with more than 4 children taking classes are required = 2 service hours.
Teaching a FULL year counts as 1 service hour.
There are a limited number of OPT OUT slots available for a fee of $290. This fee covers GCA hiring another parent to fulfill your service hour. They are on a first come first serve basis.
You can not register for classes until your have signed up for a service hour.

Please only register your student for one class per hour. Do NOT hold a spot in a class until you decide.
Any violation of these rules may result in your student be removed from the class.
Please do NOT pay deposits until the due date as some classes may be cancelled if the student minimum is not reached.
